Paradigm is a software company transforming the way that the residential, construction & building product industries operate across the globe. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to be part of revolutionizing these industries.

What You Will Do:

  • Your desk is the front desk. You have to love people. You’re the face of Paradigm when clients, employees and guests walk through the front door.
  • You will be responsible for scheduling certain organizational meetings and facilitating the prep work ahead to ensure that everyone is ready to go. You will need to be comfortable navigating some basic tech to ensure everything is functioning correctly.
  • We like to communicate; you will be in charge of our weekly announcements.
  • You are in charge of our facilities. Think conference room setup/preparation, keeping our office plants & fish happy, scheduling & monitoring building repairs, being the point of contact for building vendors, restarting the coffee if it’s getting low, etc. You will be responsible for keeping the seating chart up to date and prepping new desks for our new ‘digmers. If it’s facility related-it’s yours.
  • You drive the fun. You will be a major supporting person for our large events multiple times per year. This will include planning and execution of events.
  • You will be responsible for planning and facilitating office events for our employees (including our remote employees) you lead the charge! This will include some nights & weekends.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring and administering the company travel program through Concur.
  • We have a great benefit, the Paradigm Pantry, which is a healthy snack & beverage area. You will be responsible for keeping this ordered & stocked.
  • Panera? Zupas? We love our food and often need catering. Managers will ask for assistance with catering, and you get to make the magic happen. You will also maintain our corporate GrubHub account.
  • You may be asked by Managers to help with ordering fun surprises and rewards for their team members.
  • You will monitor & order the inventory of Office supplies.
  • Random stuff-running to the post office, running to Target, whatever comes up-we need you to be fluid and flexible.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • You need to understand Outlook and MS Word at a proficient level.
  • You have at least 1+ years of experience working in the service/hospitality industry.
  • You must love juggling multiple priorities. Organized chaos is where you thrive.
  • You have excellent customer service (internal & external) and strong communication (both written & verbal). You are very organized with strong attentive to detail and excellent follow-through.
  • You are self-motivated and resourceful, with strong interpersonal skills; able to work individually as well as with a team.
  • Nothing is too unimportant for you to do. We all help out.
  • This role CAN be a full-time role OR if you are looking for a part time role (minimum 25 hours, with the ability to increase hours during certain peak times) we would be open to that!

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. Most roles at Paradigm have three levels, Associate, Mid and Senior. Our pay ranges are inclusive of all three levels (if applicable), our US based pay begins at $20.37/hr for this role. The salary does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary and benefits. These compensation levels are subject to an annual review.
