The Duties will include:

  • Handle communications between supervisor and other departments, external contacts, and vendors/clients.
  • Managing all administrative tasks, which could include handling mail/packages, coordinating courier services, and maintaining office supplies
  • Performs filing, typing, data input and other clerical support to all other departments and personnel.
  • Answer inquiries and/or directs calls to appropriate staff, and take messages as necessary.
  • Manage schedules for management staff.
  • Compose and/or edit/distribute letters, memos, reports, and other departmental correspondence on time.

The Ideal Person will have:

  • At least 2 to 3 years of Construction Admin Experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
  • Oral and written communication skills as required for the position
  • Associates Degree Preferred but not required
