Worksite Location: Rockville, MN
Compensation: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

What you’ll do as the Administrative Assistant:

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a positive experience
Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone communications
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
Maintain supply inventories for various departments to ensure necessary items are readily available
Order, track, and distribute corporate credit cards
Organize and maintain physical and digital files
Assist various departments with administrative tasks as required
Ensure the office is tidy and welcoming

What you’ll bring to the Administrative Assistant role:

1 year of Administrative Support experience preferred

Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively on a variety of tasks with frequent interruptions
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
