• Worksite Location: Rockville, MN
• Compensation: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

What you’ll do as the Administrative Assistant:

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a positive experience
• Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone communications
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Maintain supply inventories for various departments to ensure necessary items are readily available
• Order, track, and distribute corporate credit cards
• Organize and maintain physical and digital files
• Assist various departments with administrative tasks as required
• Ensure the office is tidy and welcoming

What you’ll bring to the Administrative Assistant role:

• 1 year of Administrative Support experience preferred

• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on a variety of tasks with frequent interruptions
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
