Job Description
Provide day-to-day general administrative support to the ASRC Construction Administrative Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support (copying, scanning, document distribution, and phone relief).
- Assist with reception duties, including travel coordination, mail handling, switchboard administration, and mail processing.
- Support special projects and related tasks.
- Prepare correspondence (envelopes, labels, etc.).
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three (3) years of related administrative work, with increasing responsibility.
- Proficiency in using Windows and intermediate-level skills in MS Word and Excel.
Preferred
- Associate degree or vocational certification from a business or computer institution.
- Construction/contracting experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Sitting: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer.
- Typing and Repetitive Hand Movement: Frequent use of hands to operate office equipment, including computers, copiers, and telephones.
- Walking: Occasional walking within the office.
- Lifting: Occasionally lifting and carrying light objects, such as files, documents, or office supplies, weighing up to ten (10) pounds.
- Vision: Adequate vision to read and analyze data on computer screens and printed documents.
- Hearing: Sufficient hearing to communicate effectively with colleagues, whether in person or on the phone.
- Talking: Clear and effective verbal communication with colleagues and clients.
