Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Schedule: M-F 8-5

Pay : $23-$24/hr

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with direct administrative experience to support our construction team. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel , and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to construction managers and team members.
• Create, update, and analyze spreadsheets using Excel (candidates will complete a skills assessment).
• Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence with clients and vendors.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and assist with project tracking.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 1+ years of direct administrative experience (construction industry experience required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, data entry, and basic data analysis).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:
