Telework Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.

CalPERS seeks a Staff Services Analyst (SSA) in the Retirement Benefit Services Division (RBSD), Administrative & Management Reporting Unit.

Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I in RBSD’s Administrative & Management Reporting Unit, the SSA is responsible for supporting RBSD and the Disability & Survivor Benefits Division (DSBD) with mail delivery, reporting issues to building management, maintaining office equipment, analyzing sensitive calls/inquiries, and submitting travel expense claims. The incumbent will also assist as a division furniture contact, training coordinator, and PageMaster.
