Admin VA for a real estate company & referral company, specializing in residential real estate. Long-term and on-going. Part time to start, up to 10 hours a week with plans to increase in 2025 as the business grows. I need: someone who has experience using a CRM. Someone who knows or is willing to learn the WiseAgent real estate CRM. Also, to avoid the competitiveness of teaching the same lessons over and over, I need someone who can create a computer-based orientation, where orientees can go through the lessons at their own pace but the orientee can't proceed to the next lesson until finishing the previous lesson. Descript would be a good fit. Videos will be real estate related. The Admin Virtual Assistant job would be ongoing, remote position.
