We are professionals dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality home health care services to our patients. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Home Health Care Administrator to lead our team and ensure the delivery of exceptional care. Position Overview: As the Home Health Care Administrator, you will oversee the daily operations of our home health agency, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing staff, and fostering a culture of excellence. Your leadership will be vital in enhancing patient care services and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of home health care operations, including clinical services, staffing, and administrative functions.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Must having excellent Marketing skills to meet with referral sources to grow the book of business.
  • Must have knowledge of VA and IV infusion
  • Must have knowledge of Billing VA, Medicare and private insurance.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to enhance patient care and agency efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
  • Manage budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and community organizations to promote services and patient wellness.
  • Monitor patient outcomes and satisfaction, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure our agency remains a leader in home health care.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Nursing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health care, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and accreditation standards for home health agencies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Passion for patient-centered care and a commitment to quality improvement.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $55,000.00 - $75000.00 per year Work Location: In person
