Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 DOE

THE ROLE

In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with our clients to help them understand their financials, develop strategies to improve their business performance, and drive deliverables to ensure their success. Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts and relationships, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and support
• Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive accounting solutions to clients
• Conduct regular client meetings to review financial statements and discuss business strategy
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to clients
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members
• Expert on advising how to run a profitable business (provide tips and tricks on monthly calls to help our designers)
• Driving deliverables by making sure support staff has everything in by specific deadlines
• Project manage onboarding of new clients

THE ROCKSTAR

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-3 years of experience in client management, accounting -or- interior design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain complex accounting concepts in a simplified way to our clients 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Quickbooks Online
