Fuse Fabrication, LLC, a small metal fabrication company based in Mulberry, FL, has been in business for over a decade with a mission to bring back jobs to the blue-collar industry. We are expanding our business and seeking a highly skilled 3D Design, Drafting, and Engineering Technician to join our team.

Job Title: 3D Design, Drafting, and Engineering Technician

Responsibilities:
As a 3D Design, Drafting, and Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for designing and creating detailed drawings using CAD software, analyzing project requirements and specifications, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring that the prints and builds of projects meet the expectations and needs of our clients. Other duties include preparing and updating installation and manufacturing drawings, establishing guidelines and procedures for data management, and managing workload distribution within the department.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience in 3D Design, drafting, and engineering, and have knowledge of the metal manufacturing industry. The candidate should be proficient in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, or Solidworks, and have the ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings. Other requirements include a strong knowledge of math, materials, and industry engineering, and the ability to analyze data and solve complex problems. The candidate should have basic computer and mathematical skills, experience with using machine equipment, and knowledge of shop and machine safety standards.

Benefits:
This is a full-time position with a target salary of $80,000, with no state income tax in Florida. We also offer full health benefits through Humana, supplemental insurance through Aflac, and vacation and PTO. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with the CEO and will have a chance to work remotely.
